The separation of oil in a natural peanut butter is completely normal so once opened, make sure you give the product a good stir to mix the peanut oil in with the peanut butter. If you like your natural peanut butter a little thicker, you can store Bega Simply Nuts in the fridge (once it has been opened), just be sure to stir in the natural peanut oils before you place it in the fridge.
