Peanut Butter Chia Bircher

Please excuse us while we quickly whip up this incredible recipe using an old Simply Nuts jar!

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes, plus 2 hours or overnight soaking

What you need

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp shredded coconut

1/2 cup milk of your choice

2 tbsp apple juice

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp Bega Simply Nuts Peanut Butter Smooth

50g Raspberries

Shredded coconut to serve

Instructions

Step 1.

Combine oats, chia seeds and shredded coconut in a large bowl. Add milk and apple juice and combine.

Step 2.

Stir yoghurt, honey, Simply Nuts Peanut Butter and half the raspberries into the oat mixture.

Step 3.

Transfer into your Simply Nuts glass jar and place lid on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 4.

Serve your bircher muesli with remaining raspberries and coconut flakes.
