Peanut Butter Chia Jelly Cups

A mouthwatering combo that can do no wrong – Simply Nuts peanut butter, sweet chia raspberry jam!

What you need

Chia Jam

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Peanut Butter Cups

200g dark chocolate, melted

60g Simply Nuts Peanut Butter Smooth

2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped

Additional notes

Leftover chia jam can be used in a peanut butter jam sandwich or stored in the fridge for a week!

Instructions

Step 1.

Heat raspberries in a small saucepan for 5 minutes stirring until they have broken down. Remove from the heat and stir through the chia seeds and lemon juice. Place in the fridge to cool down.

Step 2.

Using small paper cases, place a teaspoon of chocolate into each patty case. Place in the fridge until set for 5 minutes.

Step 3.

Add a teaspoon of peanut butter to each patty case, followed by a teaspoon of chia jam.

Step 4.

Place in the fridge for 10 minutes until cold.

Step 5.

Finally, add another layer of chocolate and put into the fridge to set. Serve sprinkled with chopped nuts.
