Peanut Butter Raw Nut Slice
Another Simply Nutty recipe we’re nuts about… Peanut Butter Raw Nut Slice!
Add the cashew nuts to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
Add the dates, apricots, Bega Simply Nuts Peanut Butter, honey, coconut and 1 teaspoon of water. Pulse until you have a sticky dough. If the dough is not sticking together, simply add another drop of water.
Line a 20cm x 2cm square pan with non-stick paper and press the dough into the pan. Using damp hands helps this process.
Melt the chocolate with the oil over a double boiler. Spread over the slice and refrigerate until set, approximately 2 hours.
Cut into 16 pieces. Best kept in the fridge.
