Simply Nutty Mezze Plate with Peanut Butter Hummus

What you need

Peanut Butter Hummus

400g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed

60g Simply Nuts peanut butter smooth

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove, crushed

¼ tsp lemon juice

¼ tsp salt

Options to serve hummus with

Chopped veggie sticks

Turkish flatbread

Breadsticks

Store-bought falafels

Instructions

Step 1.

To make the hummus, blend all the ingredients with 80ml water in a food processor until smooth. Add more water if the mix is too thick. Transfer to a serving bowl, then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 

Step 2.

Serve hummus on a platter with other serving ingredients.
